My first appointment here was great, but for the second appointment I showed up and the nail tech was not there. Nobody informed me that she wouldn‘t be there and that the appointment would not take place, which was unfortunate

Hi Melanie, we are very sorry to happening like this with appointments. Our colleague went back to her home country. And once we delete her name from the system her all the appointment went away too. We didn’t know this. When that time we were fully booked with the appointment so we really don’t have choice otherwise we can really take over your appointment, if you come next time . It will never happen like and we are very apologize for this. ☺️
